Shipping

There are no additional fees for shipping when ordering from our company through www.candledistributor.com . The price you see is all you will have to pay, no additional fees. When comparing our prices with other candle suppliers please remember that our shipping is free. Candle cases are very expensive to ship due to their weight. The average weight of a case of pillar candles is about 33 pounds. 
 

Return Policy

Our goal is total customer satisfaction with every order that we ship. We will accept back all cases in their entirety if you are not happy with the quality of our candles and candleholders. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order that you will be returning it. We will not accept any item back if we were not notified first. All merchandise must be received back within 20 days of delivery. Any item received back after 20 days will incurr a 25% restocking fee. Any item received back after 1 month will be refused and sent back to you. The actual cost of shipping (the charge we paid to have order delivered to you) will not be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping cost back to Bell-A-Roma Candles.
